The pools are built to be very low maintenance. In most cases it takes a few minutes per week to operate the pool in an acceptable manner.

Construction time?
The pool can be constructed, from the start of
excavation, in six to ten weeks (weather permiting)

When you can start?
The start of contruction on a pool is immediate, taking into account the permit process and home owner association acceptance.
